ESP Party @ Tunnel
Love Supreme Dj Set + Live Fx & Visuals Saturday 17 @ Tunnel Club - Milano
For those who where not lucky enough to be at the party...
You have another chanche to listen to some of it, get it!!
On 23 November Love Supreme have released Rocquet, their debut Single on London Based Tirk Records. The two tracks have been licensed from ESP Records and it's a big honour for us to collaborate with a label which over the years has released, first as Nuphonic and then as Tirk, such inspiring artists as Carl Craig, The Idjut Boys, Maurice Fulton and Greg Wilson.
In the two tracks, 'Rocquet' and 'Pork Chop Express', Love Supreme deliver two slabs of uncompromising Nu Disco flavours for your ears and dancefloor. 'Rocquet' opens with a dusty sample of static radio and wind noises into a pummelling take on the Rinder & Lewis classic 'Gluttony' a strong Italo line running under all manner of samples, atmospherics and a relentless beat that stomps on and on. Flip the 12" for 'Pork Chop Express', which is just great, live beats and bass make for a heady mix of punk funk, disco and electronica, total madness and enough elements to keep the most itchy of feet happy. For fans of John Carpenter, Quiet Village, DFA, Moroder etc.
You can find it on the Music Store
ESPD011 - Samsara EP
ESPD 011 'Samsara' EP, BOT's long awaited debut on ESP is finally out.
A two tracks with '6734', a dark, electronic trip through concrete sounds and glitchy rythms which harks to Laswell & Co. Raw, bouncy, the right balance between minimalism and substance. For demanding clubheads. and 'Giacobbe', a minimal bouncy kick ass track.
